Hello! I am a certified sound and energy healer, somatic breath work practitioner, wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend and human just like you!
I specialize in the restorative arts of sound alchemy, Reiki energy healing, and transformative breath work. My path to these ancient healing modalities emerged from my personal healing journey with Lyme Disease. I discovered the profound impact of sound and energy healing, and I experienced the deep impact of somatic breath work in overcoming illness, inspiring me to leave the corporate world and become a certified sound and Reiki practitioner and breath work facilitator. It is my honor to work in partnership with my clients helping them to regain balance, clarity and deep connection in their lives.As a mother, female entrepreneur, and former member of the corporate world, I am passionate about helping people find balance, manage stress and find deep connection in their lives.
My Healing Approach
My approach is rooted in collaboration, honoring each person as an active participant in their own healing journey. I am dedicated to creating a supportive and safe space where individuals and groups can explore the transformative benefits of sound, breath, and energy healing promoting deep relaxation, healing, harmony, and connection.
Through the use of sound baths, somatic breath work and Reiki, I gently support and guide people to slow down and reconnect with their inner wisdom. Whether through one-on-one or group sessions, my intention is always to support healing, clarity, inner alignment, and tuning into the quiet wisdom within.
